Buffalo Tom has been in the restaurant industry since 1976. During his years in Fort Lauderdale, he created a sauce that stirred up buzz and excitement with his customers. Buffalo Tom moved back to Buffalo in 2002 and set out to create and sell the Buffalo Tom’s Gourmet Hot Sauce. Successful with his endeavors, Buffalo Tom has a steady stream of customers and has a customer in every state in the country.

Buffalo Tom now offers gallons of his original sauce to restaurants, pizzerias, delis and catering companies to use on their prepared menu items. Bottles of the sauce can be found in supermarkets and in over 30 retail locations as well as four Taste of New York welcome centers.

Legislator Todaro said, “Buffalo Tom’s Gourmet Hot Sauce goes with everything—from eggs, to steak and even salads and pizza! It makes an already tasty meal even better. Congratulations to Buffalo Tom who has worked tirelessly for decades on this Buffalo-made product. I wish you nothing but the best on your new retail store!”
