Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored Valint’s Meats in Lancaster by presenting a proclamation to owner Adam Schiller.

Valint’s Meats first opened its doors in 1913 and has been providing quality butcher services to Western New York for over 100 years and offers a fresh meat selection, frozen products, bacon, spices, sauces and homemade sausage.

In 2019, Adam Schiller bought Valint’s Meats which was originally located at 2714 Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda. As owner, Schiller carries on the same traditions and values of the original owner. In 2021, the business relocated to 25 Central Avenue in Lancaster.

Legislator Todaro said, “Valint’s Meats is a staple here in Western New York and I am thrilled owner Adam Schiller decided to move the business to Central Avenue in Lancaster. It was an honor to present Schiller with a proclamation and highlight Valint’s meats in my Small Business Spotlight Saturday series. Small businesses are what keep our local economy buzzing and I wish Adam nothing but success in the years to come.”
