Comptroller's Office Reports December 2012 Sales Tax Revenue

2012 budgeted sales tax revenue does not meet its target as Erie County’s dependence on volatile sales tax revenues remains a serious cause of concern for 2013.

Cash Flow Response

Deputy Comptroller Greg Gach responds to a letter received on February 4th, from Director of Budget & Management, Robert Keating. The topic of both letters is the County's cash flow.

Erie County Comptroller Stefan Iwan Mychajliw is the son of Polish and Ukrainian immigrants, the youngest of seven children, who grew up in blue-collar beginnings near the corner of William and Fillmore on the East Side of Buffalo.

The people of Erie County first elected Mychajliw Erie County Comptroller on November 6th, 2012. Husband to Ashley, a social worker, and proud father of Mia Theresa Mychajliw, a student at Cleve Hill.
