Electronic Payments Program – Vendor Enrollment Form

Vendors that have contracted with the County of Erie, NY may enroll to receive Erie County’s payments through electronic transmission using a secure VISA credit card account. Otherwise vendors will receive payments by traditional paper check (typically delivered via USPS mail).

The County has partnered with M & T Bank to provide vendors with this fast, reliable and secure electronic payment process which expedites payment remittances. Since November 2008, the County has consistently paid vendors on a weekly basis without delays or interruption.

Participation in the County's electronic payment program is voluntary; vendors are not required to enroll.

If you/your organization are a contracted vendor with an assigned Vendor Number and are able to accept VISA credit card p ayments, then you/your organization may enroll in this electronic payments program. To enroll, please complete this form and subm it to the Erie County Comptroller's Office at fax (716) 858-6149 or mail to the Erie County Comptroller’s Office, 95 Franklin Street, Room 1100, Buffalo, NY 14202. Upon receipt by the Comptroller’s Office, an acknowledgment will be sent to confirm and provide instruction on participation.
