Breath Analysis Operator Instructor Update Course

The Division of Criminal Justice Services Office of Public Safety is please to announce that it will be hosting a Breath Analysis Operator Instructor Update Course. The course is a four-hour training class designed to update certified Breath Analysis Course Instructors in the proper procedures and protocols for presenting the Breath Analysis Course and the current course curriculum. Mandatory pre-requisites for attending this training are listed below.
Pre-requisites:
- Certified Breath Analysis Operator Course Instructor
- Currently hold a valid NYS Department of Health Breath Analysis Operators permit.
- Certification as a MPTC General Topics Instructor
Although we have planned for large enrollment, seats are limited. Therefore, you must receive confirmation on attendance. Please complete the course application and have it sent no later than one week prior to the start of the course. The application may be downloaded by clicking HERE.
