Description:

This course is designed to give police officers a more in depth look at issues involving retail theft.  It will cover local issues in Western New York, communication between retail security and police agencies and view retail theft as an interstate criminal enterprise involving large scale fraud rings and fencing operations.

Target Audience:

Patrol officers, Detectives involved in retail crime, Police Supervisors and Crime Prevention Officers.
