Buffalo Man Charged in the Murder of Two Victims on August 9 and 10 of This Year

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 31 year old Michael Moore of 15 Crestwood Avenue, Buffalo, will be arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns on an indictment charging him with two counts of Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on August 9, 2013 at 15 Crestwood, Buffalo, Moore murdered  30 year old Kayla Humphries of 15 Crestwood, Buffalo, by shooting her.  It is further alleged that on August 10, 2013 at Ferry Express Mart, 2239 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, Moore murdered 31 year old Darrell Bailey of 2006 Genesee Street, Buffalo, by shooting him. 

If convicted of these crimes Moore faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.  Like all defendants, Moore is legally presumed to be innocent until his guilt is proven in a court of law.
