Buffalo Man Charged in October 5th Murder on Woodlawn Avenue

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 25 year old Anthony Williams, a/k/a Tone Tone, of 215 Winslow Avenue, Buffalo, will be arraigned today at 9:30 a.m. before Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on October 5, 2012, on Woodlawn Avenue in Buffalo, Williams murdered 22 year old Michael Ballard of 20 Hauf Street, Buffalo, by stabbing him. 

If convicted of this crime, Williams faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
