District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 23 year-old Kevin Fitzrandolph of Sycamore Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. before Erie County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka on an indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on September 4, 2014 in the vicinity of Main and Virginia Streets in the City of Buffalo, Fitzrandolph murdered 40 year old Myron Maclin of Merrimac Street, Buffalo, by stabbing him. 

If convicted of this crime, Fitzrandolph faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life. 

Like all defendants accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
