Emmanuel J. Shelton, age 27, of 233 Keystone Street, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka on an indictment charging him with two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree and Failure to Stay Within Lane of Road. 

Shelton was arrested on February 9, 2013 after a single vehicle crash on Tonawanda Street in Buffalo.  It is alleged that he was driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% while a 5 year old female child was a passenger in the vehicle. 

If convicted of these crimes Shelton faces a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.
