Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 34 year old Roman P. Deyoe of 179 Columbus Avenue, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 9:30 this morning before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico on an indictment charging him with Feloniously Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree and Failure to Drive on Right Side of Road. 

It is alleged that on February 7, 2012 on Abbott Road in the Town of Hamburg, Deyoe was driving while intoxicated and without a license.  His license had been permanently revoked by the Department of Motor Vehicles.  As alleged in the Special Information, Deyoe has five prior convictions for Driving While Intoxicated. 

If convicted of these crimes Deyoe faces a maximum prison sentence of 7 years.
