Man To Be Arraigned on Three Residential Burglary Charges

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 33 year old Bryan Colon will be arraigned at 2:00 this afternoon before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico on an indictment charging him with three counts of Burglary in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on August 7 and 26, 2012, Colon committed three residential burglaries, one in each of the towns of Akron, Amherst and Clarence Center.  Colon has also been indicted in February for three additional residential burglaries which are currently pending before County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio. 

The case is assigned to Assistant District Attorney Michael P. Felicetta, a member of the Tactical Prosecution Unit of the District Attorney’s Office. 

If convicted of these crimes, Colon faces a maximum prison sentence of 45 years.
