District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 48 year-old Matthew W. Eck of 5978 Brown Hill Road, Boston, will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. today before County Court Judge Michael D’Amico on an indictment charging him with two counts Attempted Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
