06/26/2014

District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announces that 48 year-old Matthew W. It is alleged that on March 16, 2014 Eck shot at Erie County Sheriff Deputies Jonathan Hanna and Brad Ballantyne with an assault rifle when they responded to his residence for a domestic disturbance.
