Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 35 year old Lynn Beiter Hudson of 8303 Clarence Center Road, East Amherst, pleaded guilty this morning to Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, as charged, before Supreme Court Justice Deborah A. Haendiges. 

Beiter Hudson admitted that during the period between November 20, 2011 and June 13, 2012, in her position as manager of Tully’s restaurant on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Amherst, she stole a total of $49,311 in instant lottery tickets. 

Sentencing is scheduled for November 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. before the Hon. Deborah Haendiges when Beiter Hudson faces a maximum prison sentence of 1-1/3 to 4 years.
