Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 36-year-old Justin Corbett of Arcade has pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka to Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree. 

Between 9/19/14 and 8/22/16, Corbett possessed $86,569 in stolen cash belonging to Kistner Concrete Products, Inc where he worked as a customer service representative.  The Pembroke company makes equipment for area plumbing contractors. 

Corbett faces a maximum state prison sentence of 5-15 years when he is sentenced on April 7, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.  

Corbett also faces potential immigration consequences as a result of the plea, because he is a Canadian citizen. 

DA Flynn commends the investigative work of New York State Police Investigator Ryan Shanahan. 

Assistant District Attorney Gary M. Ertel of DA Flynn’s Special Investigations and Prosecutions Bureau is prosecuting the case.
