Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 30-year-old Amber Comins of Buffalo has pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi to one count of Criminal Sex Act in the Second Degree.

The defendant admitted that between June 9, 2016 and December 31, 2016, she subjected a juvenile female victim to oral sexual conduct.

Comins faces a maximum of 7 years in prison when she is sentenced on Thursday, December 13 at 9:30 a.m.

DA Flynn commends the investigative work by Det. Mark Costantino of the Buffalo Police Department Sex Offense Squad.

The case was prosecuted by Katharine S. Lavin of the DA’s Special Victims Bureau.
