Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that a jury has returned a guilty verdict against 41-year-old Michael Milton of Buffalo before State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, two counts of Criminal Sexual Act and one count of Rape in the Third Degree.

Milton was on trial for the sexual abuse of two underage girls over a period of several years.

Milton now faces a maximum of 50 years to life in prison when he is sentenced by Justice Buscaglia on March 2, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.

DA Flynn commends the Buffalo Police Department Sex Offense Squad for its thorough investigation.

Special Victims Bureau Chief Rosanne E. Johnson and Assistant District Attorneys Jeremy V. Murray and Nicholas T. Texido prosecuted the case.
