Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 27-year-old Michael Feliciano of Buffalo pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan to five counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class “B” felonies.

On five separate occasions between February 4, 2019 and March 10, 2019, the defendant sold heroin/fentanyl and cocaine to an undercover officer in the vicinity of Prospect Avenue and Carolina Street in the City of Buffalo.

Feliciano, a second felony offender, faces up to 4 years in prison when he is sentenced on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.

DA Flynn commends the Buffalo Police Department Narcotics Unit for their work in the investigation.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Frank A. Strano of the DA’s Narcotics Unit.
