Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 17 year old Shaquar Pratcher of 313 Dewey Avenue was arraigned this morning before Supreme Court Justice Christopher Burns on a sealed indictment charging him with Murder in the Second Degree, two counts of Burglary in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on November 24, 2012, Pratcher, along with co-defendants, Feggans and McKinnon, burglarized the residence of 96 year old Levi Clayton by forcibly entering his residence and while inside, caused injuries that resulted in his death. 

If convicted of these crimes, Pratcher faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
