Teens Charged With Murder in Stabbing and Burning of 17 Year-old near Colvin Avenue

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 17 year old Ezeiekile Nafi of 155 E. Amherst, Buffalo, and 17 year old Demetrius Huff of 171 Jewett Parkway, Buffalo, will be arraigned at 10:30 this morning before Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia on an indictment charging them both with Murder in the Second Degree.

It is alleged that on July 5, 2012 in the vicinity of 534 Colvin Avenue, Buffalo, Nafi and Huff murdered 17 year old Darren Brown of 294 Peach Street, Buffalo, by stabbing him.  They also lit his body on fire. 

If convicted of this crime both Nafi and Huff face a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
