Legislator Dixon visits site of Eagle Scout project to honor youth’s achievement

Erie County Legislator Lynne Dixon presented a proclamation to Matthew J. Shelvay of Hamburg in recognition of his hours of dedication and hard work to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. The County proclamation was given to Shelvay on July 24 at the Hoover Road Park Shelter, which he and his crew of volunteers refurbished for his Eagle Scout project.

 

Legislator Dixon announces presentation to discuss Medicare, Affordable Care Act

Erie County Legislator Lynne Dixon and the Department of Senior Services will host a Medicare presentation at the Hamburg Senior Center to provide an overview of Medicare and to discuss how it will be affected by the Affordable Care Act.
