As a result of the ongoing Covid -19 pandemic and the continued need for social distancing, we have decided to postpone the upcoming Civil Service Exams scheduled for May 16th 2020 of which the filing dates have recently closed.  The Department of Personnel will continue to communicate with applicants regarding the  application review process and admission notices will be sent once a future rescheduled date is confirmed.  Candidates should continue to watch for updates regarding the rescheduled dates through www.erie.gov and our social media accounts.

In addition, due to the current Covid - 19 circumstances the Department of Personnel requests that all applications, communications and fees for any upcoming exams be mailed in to the following address and that applicants do not appear in person to drop off applications:
