West Seneca Youth & Recreation is now seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team for Summer 2021! All positions are part-time or part-timeseasonal. You can help make a positive impact on our community and provide positive youth development opportunities!
Training/Orientation* will be in June and early July. Programs* and facilities* operate early-July until mid-August. *Dates vary by programs/facility.
Running a safe and successful Recreation program is contingent upon staffing levels. We need you!
We cannot open, operate, or run our programs and facilities if these positions are not filled in full. The last day for interviews is Friday, May 7, 2021.
We needto fill these positions by the May 17, 2021 Town Board meeting, the deadline for agenda items is 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 13, 2021 (NYS OPEN MEETINGSLAW). The Pool Supervisor and Camp Director need to start employment no later than June 1, 2021.
Aquatics Positions:
Pool Supervisor ($16.00-$16.50 per hour plus up to a possible $500 bonus)
Assistant Pool Supervisors ($15.50-$16.00 per hour plus up to a possible $400 bonus)
Head Lifeguards ($14.75-$15.00 per hour plus up to a possible $300 bonus)
Swim Instructor Lifeguards ($14.00 - $14.50 per hour plus up to a possible $250 bonus)
Lifeguards ($14.00 - $14.50 per hour plus up to a possible $250 bonus)
Camp Positions:
Camp Director ($16.00-$16.50 per hour plus up to a possible $500 bonus)
Assistant Camp Director ($15.50-$16.00 per hour plus up to a possible $400 bonus)
Camp Counselors ($14.00 - $14.50 per hour plus up to a possible $250 bonus)
Assistant Camp Counselors ($14.00 - $14.50 per hour plus up to a possible $250 bonus)
