SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO 2012 & 2013 ACTION PLAN COMPONENTS


A Substantial Amendment to the 2012 and 2013 Action Plan Components to the 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan as prepared for the Erie County/Town of West Seneca Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consortium and Erie County/Town of Hamburg/Town of West Seneca HOME Consortium.

SUMMARY:

Erie County and the Towns of Hamburg and West Seneca have prepared a 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan (CP) for the CDBG, HOME Investment Partnership, and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Programs for the following participating municipalities: Cities of Lackawanna and Tonawanda; Towns of Alden, Aurora, Boston, Brant, Clarence, Colden, Collins, Concord, Eden, Elma, Evans, Grand Island, Hamburg, Holland, Lancaster, Marilla, Newstead, North Collins, Orchard Park, Sardinia, Wales, and West Seneca; Villages of Akron, Angola, Blasdell, Depew, East Aurora, Farnham, Gowanda, Hamburg, Lancaster, North Collins, Orchard Park, and Springville.

The following describes a proposed amendment to those projects as originally listed in the Action Plan Component for years 2012 and 2013:

2012 and 2013 Substantial Amendment

  1. New Projects
    1. 2013 - Smart Growth - Village of Lancaster W. Main Street Sidewalk Enhancements-CDBG Funds: $339,850
    2. 2013 - Town of Hamburg - Housing Rehabilitation - HOME Funds: $171,988
  2. Project Deletions
    1. 2013- Town of Hamburg - First Time Homebuyer Program - HOME Funds: $85,994
    2. 2012 - Town of Hamburg - First Time Homebuyer Program - HOME Funds: $85,994
    3. 2013 - Smart Growth Fund - CDBG Funds: $339,850
