Protect your identity and destroy your confidential documents for FREE at the City of Buffalo and Erie County sponsored Community Shredding Event on Saturday, November 9th from 9 am - noon.

*Five box limit per vehicle.
- Household/Personal papers only.
- Shredded materials are confidential documents which include anything with account or social security numbers, bank or medical statements, tax documents, etc.
- Non-shredded materials should be recycled in your recycling tote, NOT brought to the Community Shredding Event. Non shredded material includes: any non-confidential papers, including junk mail, envelopes, and magazines.
- All shredded paper will be recycled, thanks to our shredding partner—Cintas Document Management.
