County Executive Named “Large Community Elected Official of the Year” by American Public Works Association
ERIE COUNTY, NY— Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz received the “Elected Official of the Year – Large Community” award from the American Public Works Association Western Branch at their annual awards banquet on Thursday, February 5. Each year the Association honors public works projects that improve our region and the individuals who are essential to the completion of those projects. Poloncarz was honored for his commitment to public works and infrastructure projects and his focus on increased cooperation between Erie County departments to complete those projects.
