The Erie County Department of Senior Services has announced a series of public hearings to be held in order to seek input on programs and services offered by the Department and solicit comments and ideas from the public on how to improve those services to better serve the county’s senior population. Hearings will be held in late October and early November at five sites around Erie County.

“The annual public hearings are a good way for residents to speak directly to department personnel, give feedback on what works and what doesn’t in senior programs, and add their voice to the discussion about how those programs should work in the future,” said Commissioner of Senior Services Timothy Hogues. “We are encouraging seniors, caregivers and family, program managers, and anyone with an interest in senior services to attend one of the meetings and join the conversation.”
