We are happy to announce the release of two new online submission forms at www.erie.gov/FIRE:
- Form 1050: DHSES Training & Operations Center Classroom (Only) Facility Use Request-ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM | New: 12/7/2017
- Form 1060: Request for Use of Erie County Hands-on Fire Training Facilities-ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM | New 12/7/2017
Although the forms are still available for download, we ask that you discontinue using paper forms whenever possible so as to minimize duplicate data entry needs.
The email confirmation you will receive will form the basis of all future communications related to your facility request.
This does not confirm that the facility/prop you requested is available or that your request has been confirmed - only that we have received your online submission.
You will receive future email acknowledgements indicating that your request is either Pending, Confirmed or Declined depending on facility availability and other conditions.
All Erie County Training Facilities are Tobacco (Chew), Smoke and Vapor (E-Cigarette) FREE. USE OF THESE PRODUCTS IS PROHIBITED ON PROPERTY.

FOR HANDS-ON FIRE TRAINING FACILITY REQUESTS:
We will add your request information to our list of open facility requests and will assign instructor(s) as available; and as appropriate to the training requested, location and the date order in which it was received.
Once you have received a "Confirmed" status acknowledgement from our office, you are expected to reach out to the lead instructor to coordinate training expectations and details.

FOR CLASSROOM ONLY REQUESTS:
Use of the Erie County DHSES Training & Operations Center is open to county, state and federal public safety and allied health agencies, organizations and non-government organizations. Facility use fees may apply for non-related commercial and non-profit organizations. The facility offers (3) 24-seat classrooms; (1) 24-seat conference/class room; and (1) 105-seat auditorium.
