Members of the Erie County/City of Buffalo Joint Certification Committee, Minority and Women Business Enterprise Advisory Board, and Erie County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. have been invited to this meeting. Heather Okoro, JD, Executive Director for Erie County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. will have a presentation on the duties and responsibilities of the Workforce Investment Board. Members of the Minority and Women Business Enterprise Committee consist of County Legislator Lynn M. Marinelli (D-Buffalo, Tonawanda), vice chair; Minority Leader Thomas J. Mazur (D-Buffalo, Cheektowaga), Legislator Timothy R. Hogues (D-Buffalo), Minority Leader John J. Mills, and Legislator Lynne M. Dixon.
