Erie County Legislator Betty Jean Grant Honors Taijuan Littleton for his act of Heroism

Buffalo, NY- Erie County Legislator Betty Jean Grant (D-Buffalo) and all of her fellow legislators  presented Taijuan Littleton, the Rent-A-Center employee who saved a four-year-old boy, who had been alone in his home for two days after his mother tragically passed away after an accident, a proclamation honoring his act of heroism and proclaiming Thursday, December 17, 2015 Taijuan Littleton Day in Erie County at the regular session of the Erie County Legislature  held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm in “Old County Hall” located at 92 Franklin Street, 4th floor in downtown Buffalo.

“I offer my condolences to the family of the mother, but I am sure that somehow she knows that God took care of her little boy through the kindness and the involvement of a man who knew that he was his brother's keeper,” said Legislator Betty Jean Grant.
