Erie County Legislator Chris Greene recently honored Clarence Pizza Company and owners Tim and Rick Smith. The Smith brothers opened the Town of Clarence staple in 1989 and, after more than three decades in business together, have decided to move on to the next chapter in their lives.

The Clarence Pizza Company has provided its customers with the highest quality of food and dining experience for more than 32 years. They have also supported local organizations and special events that add significantly to the quality of life in the Town of Clarence.

Legislator Greene said, “I want to thank Tim and Rick Smith for their commitment to excellence and years of dedication to the community.  The Clarence Pizza Company has been a staple to the Clarence Center community for over 32 years and they have always supported so many organizations and events throughout our community.  From the schools to the youth sports and the first responders to Flight 3407, Tim and Rick could always be counted on to put their neighbors first. They leave very large shoes to fill and I wish the best of luck and an abundance of success in their future endeavors.”

Legislator Greene named Thursday, July 29th as ‘Clarence Pizza Company Day’ in Erie County.
