Emergency Medical Services

EMT and CFR Training Schedule

The Erie County Emergency Medical Services Division has updated the Emergency Medical Technician and Certified First Responder Training Schedule so that students interested in attending any of these courses can print the application directly from this page. All applications are in pdf format.

Print out, complete, and return the application to the Erie County EMS office at 3359 Broadway, Cheektowaga, New York 14227, or fax the application to 681-5256.

If you have any questions please call the EMS office at 681-6070.
