Facility Permit Renewal Applications and Invoices

Please read the following information prior to entering the payment web site.

Payments can be made using the routing and account numbers of your checking account or by using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Please have your Permit Renewal Application or Invoice readily available.  These documents were mailed to your billing address. You will need the following information:

  1. Your Facility ID number
  2. Your Total Payment due
  3. Authorization Code (only if making payment from a checking account).The authorization code will be given to you during the payment process; please make note of it when it is displayed as you will be asked for that number to complete the payment process.
