Facility Permit Renewal Applications and Invoices
Please read the following information prior to entering the payment web site.
Payments can be made by using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Electronic payment from checking/savings accounts are not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please have your Permit Renewal Application or Invoice readily available. These documents were mailed to your billing address. You will need the following information:
- Your Facility ID number
- Your Total Payment due
