Local Law No. 1

              Alternative method for collection of delinquent village real property taxes in Erie County. 

Local Law No. 2

            Authorization with approval of the Erie County legislature for the county executive to lease property formerly known as the Buffalo Family Care Center to St. Augustine’s Center, Inc. and/or any part of the Old School 84 without advertising or competitive bidding.  (Excludes from section 215 of County Law)

Local Law No. 3

            Amends section 305 of the county charter to contain the following: 1) Change the title of budget director to director of budget and management. 2) Expand duties to include monitoring productivity of county administrative units. 3) Creates an advisory board to advise the director of budget and management.
