Local Law No. 1

            Relates to a mandatory notification requirement for commercial and residential lawn pesticide applications.

Local Law No. 2

            Establishes and convenes a commission to be known as the Citizen’s Budget Review Commission of Erie County.

Local Law No. 3

            Relates to regulation of home health care service provided toErieCountyresidents pursuant to contracts awarded by the County of Erie.

Local Law No. 4

            Amends Local Law no. 1-1959, constituting the Erie County Charter as amended, in relation to the re-establishment, restructuring, and reconvening of the Erie County Charter Revision Commission.

Local Law No. 5

            Erie County Local Law to prohibit the sale, purchase, and use of Alcohol Without Liquid (AWOL) Machines or Alcohol Vapor Devices within Erie County.

Local Law No. 6

            Amends Local Law No. 1-1959, as amended, constituting the Erie County Charter Section 1802 thereof; and the Erie County Administrative Code Section 18.04 Sub. F with respect to the duty of the Erie County Executive to submit a budget and capital program to the Erie County Legislature.

Local Law No. 7

            Amends Local Law No. 2-1992 establishing a Probation Administrative Fee and establishing an Electronic Monitoring Fee and a Drug Testing Fee in Erie County.

Local Law No. 8

            Prohibiting the possession and/or use of “photo phones” in private areas.

Local Law No. 9

           ErieCountyMBE/WBE Utilization Commitment Act.

Local Law No. 10

            Amending Local Law No. 1-1959, constituting the Erie County Charter as amended in relation to the re-establishment, restructuring and reconvening of the Erie County Charter Revision Commission.
