Below are links to the 10 examples that Board of Elections Democratic Commissioner Dennis Ward submitted to demonstrate the various ways the lines can be drawn in redistricting the County into 11 Legislative Districts.  Commissioner Ward indicated at the third meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reapportionment held on April 5, 2011 that these are examples only, and are not complete maps because they do not indicate geographic lines (or census tracts)in the City of Buffalo and the Town of Amherst, both of which will be split in any example due to population size.    Please note that the corresponding population data breakdowns are shown in an image below the examples.
