Erie County Legislator Timothy R. Hogues (D-Buffalo) is announcing that a Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) community access site will be conducted from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, at Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 179 East Ferry Street, Buffalo.

             The HEAP site will be sponsored by the Erie County Department of Senior Services, and interviews with applicants will be held on a first-come, first-served basis. While the Department of Senior Services administers this HEAP component, all household types are welcome to apply at these locations, regardless of age.
