Legislator Joseph Lorigo has partnered with County Clerk Chris Jacobs to host a “THANK A VET” outreach program from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at the Aurora Senior Center, 101 King Street, East Aurora, NY. 

The Erie County Clerk’s Office “THANK A VET” Discount Card carries with it significant benefits, with more than 250 Erie County businesses participating, offering discounts on purchases and services.  Erie County Veterans will receive a “THANK A VET” discount card upon filing their original discharge papers with the Erie County Clerk’s Office.

If you have already filed your discharge papers with the Erie County Clerk’s Office, you must bring a copy of your filed discharge papers to enroll. Veterans that have not filed their discharge papers with the Erie County Clerk’s Office must bring their original discharge papers.
