Erie County Legislator Joe Lorigo recently honored Two Smokin’ Guys in Elma on National Barbeque Day. Legislator Lorigo presented a proclamation to owners Dave and Kerry Galuski and George and Jill Colvin for their hard work and perseverance throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before Two Smokin’ Guys was established, Dave Galuski competed and won several barbeque competitions, including a first-place finish in a bacon competition that earned him a trip to the World Food Championship. The four owners started with catering small parties and family gathers and now own a premier destination for barbeque in Western New York.

Legislator Lorigo said, “Congratulations to Dave, Kerry, George and Jill for opening Two Smokin’ Guys last year and being able to stay afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses like yours are especially important in tight-knit communities like Elma. I wish you nothing but continued success in the future.”
