Erie County Legislator Joe Lorigo joined Town Supervisor Rickey Venditti and Highway Superintendent Michael Zywar to tour county-owned roads throughout the Town of Wales last week. This is part of an ongoing series of road tours Legislator Lorigo is conducting to visit areas in need of improvement and advocate for the Erie County Department of Public Works to make badly-needed repairs.

Legislator Lorigo, Supervisor Venditti, and Highway Superintendent Zywar visited Four Rod Road, Maple Hill Road, Hunters Creek Road, and Warner Hill Road.

Legislator Lorigo said, “It’s clear there is a chronic lack of maintenance on these roads by the Erie County administration. Potholes, a lack of tree trimming, ditching, and patching are among the issues that stood out Tuesday morning. Erie County taxpayers and residents of my legislative district deserve better. I look forward to continuing my push for safer, regularly-maintained roads.”
