Rural Outreach Center Chairman named Citizen of the Month

Erie County Legislature Majority Leader Joseph Lorigo is pleased to announce that Frank Cerny has been named the November 2015 Erie County Citizen of the Month for his work with the Rural Outreach Center located in the Town of Aurora. Cerny was honored at the Nov. 19, 2015 legislative session with a proclamation marking this recognition.

 

“Frank has been a tremendous asset to our community, and was a driving force behind the creation of the Rural Outreach Center. It is an honor to recognize him as the November 2015 Citizen of the Month for his hard work and commitment. Through his efforts, many residents of Erie County are receiving the help they need to find a job and support themselves and their family,” said Majority Leader Lorigo. “Frank has been involved in so many great organizations throughout Erie County, and it is my honor to name him Citizen of the Month. I would again like to extend my thanks to him for all he has done and will continue to do in the future.”

 

Each month the Legislature honors an Erie County resident as Citizen of the Month for going above and beyond to help the community.
