Visit Buffalo Niagara president tours District with Legislator Lorigo

Erie County Legislator Joseph Lorigo recently welcomed Visit Buffalo Niagara President and CEO Patrick Kaler to visit some of the tourism sites located in the municipalities he represents.

The tour was part of Kaler’s summer-long effort to familiarize himself with local tourism attractions that make Erie County unique.

“The district I represent is home to many great tourism attractions. Visitors come from around the world to see the Roycroft Campus and soon discover there is a lot more to see and do. I want to thank Pat for taking the time to learn more about these sites and for his efforts to attract more visitors to the smaller towns and villages,” said Legislator Lorigo.

The tour included:

Village of East Aurora

  • The Millard Fillmore House Museum
  • Knox Farm State Park
  • 189 Public House
  • Main Street Business District featuring Taste Café, Prima Oliva, Aurora Theatre and Vidler’s 5&10.
  • The Roycroft Campus and Inn

Town of Elma

  • The Made in America Store

Town of West Seneca

  • Charles E. Burchfied Nature & Art Center
  • Rusty Nickel Brewing Co.
