           Among the items the committee will discuss is INTRO. 10-6 (2013), introduced by Chairperson Betty Jean Grant (D-Buffalo) and Legislator Timothy R. Hogues (D-Buffalo), which urges the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority to discontinue the advertising  of alcoholic beverages on the exterior or interior of light rail train cars and buses. Representatives of the Erie County Council on the Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse and the NFTA have been invited to speak to the committee, chaired by Legislator Thomas A. Loughran (D-Amherst).
