Erie County Legislature's Minority Leader John Mills has co-sponsored a resolution calling for the repeal and revision of the New York SAFE Act of 2013. The resolution, "Opposing NY SAFE Act of 2013," CLICK HERE TO READ THE RESOLUTION  will be considered by the Legislature at the Thursday, Feb. 21 session, held in Old Erie County Hall, 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202.
