Erie County Legislator John Mills will be holding a HEAP outreach at the Concord Senior Center at 40 Commerce Drive in Springville on Wednesday, November 10th from nine in the morning until four o’clock to help residents with the application process.

Residents who plan on attending should bring photocopies of the following:

  • Identification for all household members
  • Proof of all household resources
  • Proof of all income received within the last 30 days
  • Current shutoff notice, if applicable

Legislator Mills said, “It is that time of year, again, where the weather gets colder and the time has come for us to turn our furnaces on. Heating your home can get pricy and if you struggle to pay your gas bill—help could be out there. I encourage all Springville and Concord residents to come to my HEAP outreach on November 10th to get assistance with filling out your HEAP application.”

For additional information, or if you are unable to attend, please contact Legislator Mills’ office at (716) 858-8850 or john.mills@erie.gov.
