Erie County Legislator Ed Rath presented Visit Buffalo Niagara CEO Patrick Kaler with a proclamation congratulating him for being named tourism executive of the year and elected as chair of the U.S. Travel Association’s Destinations Council.

 “This is a well-deserved honor for Patrick, who has worked tirelessly to improve the tourism industry in our region and has done an outstanding job leading the way in Buffalo’s resurgence,” said Legislator Rath. “On behalf of the Legislature, I congratulate him on this achievement and look forward to continuing our work with Visit Buffalo Niagara to keep Western New York growing.”
