Salt Road Bridge replacement to close portion of road until September

Legislator Edward Rath announces that Salt Road is closed from Clarence Center Road to Keller Road in Clarence to allow for bridge repairs. The roadway closed on Aug. 22 and work is expected to continue until the end of October.

In the Town of Newstead, Burdick Road will be closed from Tonawanda Creek Road (Erie County) to Tonawanda Creek Road (Niagara County) to allow for bridge repairs. The closure will begin Monday, Aug. 21 and is expected to last until Sept. 30.

Erie County Legislator Edward Rath announces that the bridge on Lapp Road near Delaware Road is being replaced with work starting on Monday, May 22. Through traffic will not be allowed from Lapp Road to Rapids Road. Detours will be posted. The closure is expected to be in place until Sept. 30, 2017.
