Request a free, confidential, consultation with a Certified Dementia Practitioner that will:

  • Provide information to help caregivers better understand their loved ones’ behaviors
  • Offer tips, strategies, and suggestions for coping when faced with challenging dementia related behaviors
  • Help the elderly and caregivers link to local services and programs
  • Encourage caregivers to take better care of themselves
  • Assist caregivers of the memory-impaired or those with dementia
  • Enhance the safety of elderly in the home
  • Help the elderly and caregivers link to a broader service system

The Administration on Aging & the NYS Office for the Aging help bring these key programs to our community.
