November 17, 2012- Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Grand Island man for various charges related to a reported disturbance.
While on patrol in District 1, Deputy Chris Ginnane and Deputy Chris Soluri responded to a 911 complaint of a disturbance. The complainant reported that his roommate had attacked him with a knife. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Sean C. Riordan, 20, of Grand Island. Riordan was charged with Assault 2nd, Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree. Riordan was transported to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
