Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Town of Irving woman for multiple charges following an altercation with her ex-husband.
Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies Scott Kuhlmey and Lee Richard responded to Rt. 438 on the Cattaraugus Reservation for a reported knife assault. Upon arrival and further investigation, it was discovered that 34 y/o Danyell M. Parker of Irving got into a verbal argument which then turned into a physical confrontation with her ex-husband. Parker apparently pulled out a small knife and caused some minor lacerations on the ex. Parker then took a shovel and broke out the ex’s windshield on his truck. The whole incident occurred in front of Parker’s young son.
Parker was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4th, Menacing 2nd, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th.
Parker was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and was held pending her arraignment in the Town of Brant Court.
